• The texts, emails, and voicemails you send us, and our phone calls with you. Voicemails are recorded and transcribed, and calls we place to you are recorded once answered, so we can follow up accurately.
• What you bought and your pickup time.
• Basic information about how you use this website, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar tools.

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and confirm pickups, send receipts and order updates, keep business and tax records, prevent fraud, and improve this website.

We text you only when you text us first or agree to texts at checkout. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: website hosting and data storage, text messaging and phone service, email delivery, website analytics, and error monitoring. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and messages, voicemails, and call recordings while they’re useful for serving you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we must keep it by law.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
